Cancellation Policies + More

Cancelled Appointment: If you cancel at least 72 hours before the event start date, you are eligible for a TWAG credit equal to 75% of the original value. Credits must be used in full toward your next purchase at TWAG - they CANNOT be split. Cancellations after this window forfeit credits and refunds. TWAG credit must be used within 6 months of the cancellation, otherwise you will forfeit your credit.

*Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.

Missed Appointment: We understand life happens! But any missed appopintment will be charged full amount for the appointment and is not subject to refund or credit.

Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your taping, coaching, class, or workshop. Additional arrangements may be made by emailing twag@theworkingactorgroup.com
