We’ll review all your materials and pinpoint the roles you want to be going out for—then determine exactly how to dress for them in your headshots so you show up to your session prepared and knowing what each look conveys to agents and casting.
Cancellation Policies + More
Cancelled Appointment: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the event start date, you are eligible for a TWAG credit equal to 75% of the original value. Credits must be used in full toward your next purchase at TWAG - they CANNOT be split. Cancellations after this window forfeit credits and refunds. TWAG credit must be used within 6 months of the cancellation, otherwise you will forfeit your credit.
*Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
Missed Appointment: We understand life happens! But any missed appopintment will be charged full amount for the appointment and is not subject to refund or credit.
Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your taping, coaching, class, or workshop. Additional arrangements may be made by emailing twag@theworkingactorgroup.com
