Here’s how the TWAG Agent Panel works

(and why actors love it)

🎥 Pre-Event Submissions

  • Actors submit a headshot, Actors Access link, and two contrasting self-tapes.

  • Optional: A third piece of media to show range (i.e., reel, footage, or a past audition)

  • Tapes (including reels, slates, etc.) are maximum 3 minutes in length so you can showcase your BEST work

🗓 Day-of Format

Viewing Session: All tapes are screened for the group, with agents taking notes on each actor’s performance.

Written Feedback: Actors receive individual notes from all agents.

Mini Meetings: After viewing, actors rotate through small breakout groups (3 actors per group) for short (3 minute) 1-on-1 conversations with each agent—an opportunity to connect, give context, and have real human connection.

Self-Tape Session w/ Coaching: We will tape and coach your audition for you! Tape with us in-studio on September 29th, or schedule a separate time that works for your schedule. Option to also get self-tape coaching virtually.

Panel Prep Consult: Unsure about how to brand yourself? Add a 20 minute consult with us to tape your next session.

Headshot Update: Don’t like your headshots anymore, but don’t want to spend a fortune on 3 looks? Join us on September 20th for a discounted ONE-LOOK headshot with local photographer from CE Images for a discounted rate at our studio.

Cancellation Policies + More

Cancelled Workshop: If you cancel at least 72 hours before the event start date, you are eligible for a TWAG credit equal to 75% of the original value. Credits must be used in full toward your next purchase at TWAG - they CANNOT be split. Cancellations after this window forfeit credits and refunds.

*Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.

Missed Workshops: We understand life happens! But any missed workshops will be charged full amount for the appointment and is not subject to refund or credit.

Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your taping, coaching, class, or workshop. Additional arrangements may be made by emailing twag@theworkingactorgroup.com
