Cancelled Appointments: If you cancel at least 72 hours before a Class, Workshop, or Event start date, you are eligible for a TWAG credit equal to 75% of the original value. Tapings/Tape Reviews and Private Coaching may be cancelled at least 24 hours to be eligible. Credits must be used in full toward your next purchase at TWAG - they CANNOT be split. Cancellations after this window forfeit credits and refunds.
*Credits expire after 6 months.
Missed Appointments: We understand life happens! But any missed appointments will be charged full amount for the appointment and is not subject to refund or credit.
