Lauren Halperin is an actor whose work spans comedy and drama. She is most recently known for her recurring role on Will Trent (ABC), her work on Atlanta (FX), her breakout role as Bella Danvers on Insatiable (Netflix), and starring opposite Samuel L. Jackson in The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey (Apple TV).
She has shared the screen with Reese Witherspoon, Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, Amanda Peet, and Charlie Day, and collaborated with many directors including Ava DuVernay, Mark Boal, Jason Ensler, and Alex Hardcastle, highlighting her ability to move seamlessly between grounded realism and heightened comedy.
As an acting coach, Lauren is dedicated to creating a space where actors feel grounded, supported, and empowered to do their most honest, connected work. She is also the founder of Inspired Fox Foundation, a nonprofit committed to expanding access to creative and wellness-centered opportunities for artists and community members.
When she’s not on set or at TWAG, Lauren can be found hosting game nights, reading Elizabeth Gilbert and Maya Angelou books, or teaching herself Beyoncé choreography. She has two young boys who continue to fill her heart and inspire her creativity.
